The Perfect Gift :  Dec 2009

We are in the season of giving.

Everyone is expecting to receive the perfect gift.

Question:  How was the gift that you received?

               Are you still looking for the Perfect Gift?

perfect gift for you.

This gift cannot be bought, neither can it be sold.

It will not cost you anything; even though it cost him everything.

John 3:16  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only

begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not

 perish, but have everlasting life.

One of the most difficult things for a believer to do, is to wait upon the Lord.

In anyone's life at times waiting may seem difficult but there are benefits to our waiting on the Lord.

What do you do while you wait?

What do you say while you wait?

The bible tells us in the Book of Job that even though he lost everythingthat he had and his body was covered with sores, he was still waiting on the Lord.  He said, "I will wait until my change comes."

The bible also says in Isaiah 40:31, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.  They shall mount up with wings like eagles.  They shall run and not be weary.  They shall walk and not faint.

While I wait, I will worship, I will praise, I will give thanks, I will rejoice, I will be still and I won't give up or faint while I wait.
